This wasn’t simple! We used frozen cauliflower and had to pulse it to get it a rice texture, had to strain it to get all the liquid out, had to cook it in a pit, then had to form it and cook it in the over. Very complicated and very interesting.
I personally don’t enjoy eating cauliflower. I hate it to be more specific. We cooked a normal pizza along with this one to be safe. When I first bit into the cauliflower pizza, I was very surprised! I loved it! It didn’t taste anything like cauliflower. We made a chicken and basil side, a summer sausage side and some cheese. It was so good. The pickiest eater in the house even liked it!! We will defiantly try this again. Delicious!
