Day 27- April 17, 2015 Chicken and Gravy 


This is our favorite meal! Everyone likes this meal and can enjoy eating this! Super simple. Just throw the chicken in the crockpot for a few hours. Make mashed potatoes and eat. I wasn’t home all day and came home and finished the meal. It was super easy and very good. For something so simple it was so good. 8 WW points and quite bland. This is even good for someone who has been sick. It’s all clear and simple food to settle your stomach. 

Very good meal!
