If you don’t like things with textures, this isn’t the meal for you! But if you don’t mind than this is a really good meal! It is a healthy alternative to Mac and cheese. The quinoa is high in protein and fiber. The cheese we used was low fat and lactose free. It was super cheesy and quite delicious! It filled you right up with your first serving. We chose to use Panko breadcrumbs. The crust was the best part id say! Overall a healthy and filling meal!!
