Day 6- March 17, 2015  Guinness beef stew and bread and butter pudding 

Happy St. Patrick’s day! 

It’s a special day! Irish themed meal today. I also made my one dessert for the month! For the stew I used the crockpot version but you can also make it on the stovetop. The recipe was easy. You cut it all up and throw it in. I didn’t use a whole bottle of Guinness but it still came out pretty strong. I enjoyed it for today but I will stick with my normal beef stew recipe. 

The bread pudding on the other hand was fabulous! Absolutely delicious! I made the caramel sauce as well as the creme Anglais to go with it. Seriously the best bread pudding I have eaten (minus the real Raglan Road one). Overall as very enjoyable meal as you can see from the pictures posted!
