Day 3- March 12, 2015 Pork Schnitzal and cheese grits 



Tonight I cooked for two. I used the thinly cut pork chops instead of having to pound them down. The recipe was really simple. As said in the recipe I could use any kind of breadcrumbs but I stuck with the Panko. I used canola oil and they fried up quickly and easily. The schnitzel paired well with the grits. A very good meal and a good meal for someone that likes cheese. Really simple, delicious, and easy to make in a short amount of time!
