Day 1- March 10, 2015

Hello all! Thanks for starting my journey with me. 
Today on the menu was Corn, Potato, and Bacon soup. This soup is amazing. If you don’t like texture than you may not enjoy something like this but if you don’t mind, throw it on your weekly menu! The bacon and chives on top is key. I also added some pepper to give it some more flavor. This is a good meal because it fills you up for a while and for a family of four there are plenty of leftovers! It takes some prep time but it’s worth it! image
